2008 Dry Grown Shiraz

This is a rich, ripe shiraz from some of the oldest vines in the Barossa Valley. The wine displays spicy, peppery aromas and luscious berry flavour, balanced with toasty new oak aromatics. Velvety and voluptuous with balanced tannin, it ideally complements game, beef and vintage cheeses. A classic Barossa shiraz.
