NV Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir

  Using traditional method champenoise, we have blended Eden Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes while aging on yeast lees for 15 months. Our end result has produced a bottle fermented wine flaunting citrus zest and creamy strawberry notes. Perfect on your next picnic, with oysters or with your next celebration!
