2005 Windsong Semillon
Named after Ralph Jones’ property, this straight Semillon is picked early showing natural acidity. With vibrant lemon butter and lime aromas, these characters carry through the palate. This light-bodied wine is made to bottle age for ten years. Serve with fresh seafood or foods of delicate flavours.
