KELLERMEISTER WINES IS A SMALL FAMILY OWNED WINERY, FOUNDED IN 1979 BY RALPH & VAL JONES. RALPH JONES WAS NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER FOR ORLANDO WINES FOR 15 YEARS, PRIOR TO STARTING HIS OWN WINERY. KELLERMEISTER PRODUCTS ARE SOLD THROUGH CELLAR DOOR & MAIL ORDER WHILST TREVOR JONES FINE WINES ARE SOLD THROUGH RETAIL OUTLETS AND EXPORT MARKETS.

Since returning from the Hunter Valley, Trevor has been successful in numerous wine shows, most notably being the 1993 Barossa Valley Wine Show, where he was awarded three trophies, one being The Most Outstanding Barossa Valley/ Eden Valley Dry Red for the 1990 Cabernet Merlot. In 1994 he was equally successful, being awarded the trophy for the Best Wine from a small producer (crushing less than 500 tonnes of grapes) for the 1994 Chardonnay.

Trevor's most recent successes came from the highly regarded, Robert Parker Jnr. of The Wine Advocate where he was awarded two perfect 100 point scores (never before awarded) for the Old Barossa Tokay and the Barossa Liqueur Shiraz Tawny. These awards were recently followed by Best Boutique Riesling for the 1998 Eden Valley Riesling, awarded by Boutique Wines of Australia 2000. Well done Trevor!
